How is your emotional health lately?

Although our mental and emotional selves are interconnected, each affecting the other, these two indicators of well-being and the skills to navigate each facet are often very different. 

Growing up and living in a culture where the mind and its importance is overemphasized and highly prized, many of us are missing the necessary nuances and understandings around our emotional nature to have 

  • Emotional fluidity
  • A well-rounded emotional range
  • Attunement to others (increased connection) 
  • Tolerance for vulnerability
  • Emotional regulation that is maintained from a place of well-being vs. from a place of protection, defense, and control

Because of this, many of us can feel stuck, dissatisfied, powerless, and/or alone. And some of us can feel this way for YEARS.
